I have more respect for common criminals than I do for the employees of your company... I was lied to many times, told out and out lies when signing up for your service with your sales rep, not a 3rd party rep... Told prices that were lower than the billing, told i could drop the $10.00 charge for HD after the 1st month and just receive regular coverage... All lies, as thieft goes $368.00 is not a major haul, but the fact that hundreds or thousands of us are ripped off by your lies and it turns into a big problem. I spoke to the WA State Atty Gen office and they are well aware of your illegal parctices... The State of CA has already found your Co in violation of laws as well as ethics... Add to that your employees have been rude, the service stinks and I was actually told "well we have 1 TV working in your home so you have to pay us to get out of the contract, we dont have to get the second TV workig"... I will tell every one i come in contact with what a terrible Co you are, and to run! You are low life robbers in my opinion... Stole hundreds form me and will not drop this... You must be so very proud to work for this Co... Liars and thiefs... So very proud!
