They will charge you $4 if you do not have a minimum of $300 in your savings account even for a single day. This I think is just like keeping a deposit that cannot be touched. My money that cannot be accessed. Oh and the interest that you get on that #300 is 0.01%. I think this is just a scam. They did not inform me verbally about this. Its just a single line in smallest font in the paperwork that you sign. And they will not waive it for the first time. Very bad customer service. Now go chase your dreams.
