During the order process they said there was going to be a free offer. This free offer was not really free. It doubled the charge without giving an order total. I got an order confirmation by e-mail which said the charges were $61.42! The e-mail was a "no - reply" e-mail. It did not have a customer service contact number or even the name of the company.

I went back to the website www.wanderama.com. I got a phone number 203-306-5746. No one picked up. My phone was disconnecting the call as it rang and rang for ever. I called my credit card company to hold payment on the charge. Somehow they were able to get customer service and we conferenced. I was told on the conference call that the customer support needed to wait 48 hours before the order could be revised. I had to call back in 2 days to revise it.

I did call back and managed to change the order. I did not get an e-mail notification saying the order amount had been revised.

I wanted 2-3 weeks for shipment. No thing showed up at my mail box or doorstep. I called back the customer service number. They told me the product was back ordered and just shipped a few days ago. I was not informed by customer service or by e-mail regarding the back order. The back order meant that I would not get the gift in time for a birthday present. The customer service person got on the call 15 minutes after I had waited on the call. She was extremely rude and kept repeating that it would take 7-10 business days after the shipped date for delivery. She was not helpful to determine an expected delivery date.

Finally, I got the product 5 weeks after I ordered it. I missed the birthday and the gift was of no use for it arrived late...
