The WORST Customer Service EVER

Three weeks ago I ordered a DSi XL bundled with a game for my son for Christmas. Over Two weeks after the order my husband happened to look at the account and the system showed the order was cancelled for low inventory and Best Buy credited the gift cards that we already discarded. After waiting on hold and being transferred for 2 hrs, I finally got to a Supervisor... Robert Tool who said he would make things right. He told me to call the gift card Dept the next day and get the gift card number so I could then call the Game Dept at ext 109 to get a similiar item and be made whole. What a crock, I waited for the Gift card dept four times and it either disconnected or was answered by a machine. I ended up wasting another hour figuring out that I would have to wait for the gift card to come in the mail. 5 days later I got the gift card and there is no "Game Dept"... Just a sales dept that is staffed with untrained staff. Every person I have talked to has given me a different story. I just waited for the Superviror for 30 minutes and then was hung up on! I'm on hold agian for Customer Service... I've wasted over 5 hours of my time... This is the worst Customer Service EVER... And having to listen to CEO Brian Dunn's message one more time about customer service just ticks me off more!
