Suggest - vanilla chai

I am writing in regards to the vanilla chai product that you now carry. At one time you had a powdered mix that was dispensed the same way your hot choc. Is now you use single serving packets. My complaint is that when it is made with skim milk and is then steamed it makes quite a lot of foam. I am finding at all locations that when they put it in a cup the foam takes up at least half of the cup and i am getting a half a cup of liquid... I have watched them pour the other half down the drain... I understand that this is a time consuming process and that most workers are busy however i feel i am getting cheated out of a full serving of chai... My first suggestion would be to go back to the original way of preparing the vanilla chai as i found it to be better tasting and my 2cd suggestion is to have them use a larger cup and pour all the liquid into the cup... May i also suggest that you make this a chilled drink as it is very yummy when iced... They now are charging me 25 cents for a cup of ice along with the price of the chai and all i am getting is half a cup please look into this matter and do what you can to fix it. Thank you
