Dunkin Donuts
Horrible

I go to dunkin donuts almost every day. I have never had a problem with the location near my work but the one near my school is absolutly terrible. There has been 4 or 5 times where i get a latte and it is significantly lighter then it should be. If you look at the sleve it clearly states that a latte is milk with a little bit of foam on top and a cappichuno is half milk half foam. The first 4 times this happened i ignored it because i dont like to make a big deal of things. After it happened AGAIN i nicely asked the employee if he could fill it all the way up. He was very rude, took off my lid, and said "ummm its full" (it was full, of foam. I get a latte almost every day i know how "full" it should feel). I took the stores reciept survay and rated them badly, and wrote my complaint at the end. They said that since i gave them a negative rating i would recieve a response in 4-6 business days. It has been over a week since this happened. Not only did i over pay for HALF of a drink but i got rude service to go along with it!!
