Robert Kulikowski is the worst landlord I have ever had.
I asked him to repair 6 things when I moved in and he has not repaired any of them in the 2 years that I have lived here. He was very nice the first year and got me to stay an extra year, but now that I'm about ready to move out I have had nothing but nightmares.
In the two years that I have lived here:
-When I moved in the apartment was filthy and there was feces in the toilet.
-He broke a window into my bathtub and told me to clean it up.
-He has never fixed a thing except when he had a furnace repairman come out.
-My furnace broke and he told me to go buy a space heater until he had it fixed.
-My refrigerator caught on fire (it was old and I called 911 because it was an electrical fire) and it took him a full 28 hours, after all my food had gone bad, to replace it with a dirty, old, used fridge that had beer stickers all over it. His maintenance guy said "Robert called me today and said you needed a new fridge. I asked him when and he said yesterday."
-My oven has been broken for 5 days and he has yet to replace it/fix it.
-He gave me attitude about the oven when I asked him to fix it.
-He doesn't tell you when he is going to show your apartment/house.
-My neighbor's apartment flooded and neither Robert Kulikowski nor his maintenance guy showed up to fix it. 3 days later the neighbors called the city and the inspector showed up to log the incident.
Problems with city code:
There was no CO detector in my apartment even thought the furnace is in the middle of the living room. There was no fire extinguisher in the apartment. I had to buy both of these things.
DO NOT RENT FROM ROBERT KULIKOWSKI. You will only have nightmares and attitude. He doesn't care about his tenants, only the money that he is sucking out of you.
He has way too many properties and his maintenance guy cannot possibly keep up with all of the problems.
I cannot wait to move out of this situation.
