Rip-Off Slumlord

I and my 8 year old daughter are still living with (since middle of 2002): MICE (that have now begun to destroy mine and my daughters personal belongings), COCKROACHES (living with since April); (from a refrigerator that I specifically told the Landlord I did not want (Landlord had full knowledge as well as myself that the apartment this refrigerator came from was infested with cockroaches... I was present when the Landlord was cleaning the apartment after the tenants who originally had the refrigerator moved out) and they still furnished the apartment with it (after the original one that the apartment I rent was furnished with would not freeze food), YELLOW JACKETS (that have built a nest in between the outside and inside window of my daughters bedroom for the past 2 years (the Landlady states that it is nature), a FURNANCE that does not work when thermostat is set below 70 (since winter of 2002) (I pay the heating bill), BROKEN WINDOWS (since March); (upstairs and downstairs in apartment), UNFINISHED WALLS (since March); (in the washroom), a BACK DOOR (since March); that you can not open from the inside of the apartment but can from the outside of the apartment (some neighbors in the past have taken upon themselves to use the door to have access to my wash machine to due their laundry and GARBAGE left by neighbors who have moved 5 months ago and the Landlord will not properly dispose of (Water Authority even advised the Landlord 3 weeks ago to dispose of it properly and it still remains where it sits).

Here is a list of CODE VIOLATIONS that have been corrected since March:

Stove was replaced with one that has an oven that works

Bathroom ceiling tiles were replaced (ceiling still leaks... Anticipating that tiles will collapse and inside of ceiling will be exposed AGAIN)

Broken windows in hallway and big bedroom were replaced.

Exposed wiring in wash room was corrected.
