Never received a dvd i paid for

I ordered a dvd (disney dumbo) and paid for by debit cared on jan 3rd.. I received a statement via email with a tracking # for the order. The first time i veiwed the tracking info it stated the product arrived in my city approx a week after i ordered, then the next time i checked on the tracking it stated it had been re-routed and would be here in 2-3 weeks. I still have never received this item and it is march 6th.
