Ie. She took my money and ran.

I ordered custom roman shades on June 18 and I paid promptly on that day. Mandy charged me immediately and told me my shades would take 6-8 weeks. I also sent her material. It is now approaching 17 weeks. I have communicated from August 10.in all communications below, I have initiated the email. Not once did she communicate the delay on her own or apologize for the delay. August 10- she said they would ship out the coming week. August 24 and August 28 - emailed but no response. September 4 - said the order will ship the following week. September 17 - said the order was shipped out. October 1 - still not received, she said I had invalid zip code. October 2 - emailed to follow-up and she said problem resolved. October 8 - asked for tracking number for the 3rd time. Gave her till Monday. October 11 - had to follow-up again. She sent me tracking number and said it would be updated that evening. Question is, if it was already sent a few weeks ago then why would it only be updated that evening? October 12- checked tracking number she gave me but it was not updated in system. I called Fedex and they said it was not a valid tracking number and checked my address and told me nothing was coming my way. Emailed Mandy again stating she gave me a fake tracking number and she sent me a picture of my parcel label. Still does not prove it was really sent.

Checked her reviews and people who actually received their order, had ordered AFTER me.

I've given her way too many chances and she continues to lie. I've requested my money back but no reply. Stay away.
