Bad & Poor Service

Every week the television picture gose out and i have to call the toll free number to get a service person out here only to have the person rush thru there work and then to state that the other equipment will do absolutley no good if installed.

So thus it happens all over again and i have to take 2-4, or 12 hours out of my day for the service personnal to arive and tell me what i dont want to hear and to do very little in the process.

Adelphia was bad by promising within 8-12 hours and 50% of the time not coming, the only inprovement with time warner is less waiting time for a sometimes usless effort and requiring many more courtesy visits that dont seam to do anything.
