On 11/29, I ordered a pair of size 6, chocolate, Ugg boots as a Christmas Gift. I received an invoice and a tracking number for USPS. When the boots had not arrived by 12/15, I used the tracking number and it was not a working tracking number. I searched the website where I ordered the boots and there was no phone number nor physical address, only an email address. The email address ended in "gmail.com" which raised my suspicion even further. (My first mistake - ordering from somewhere with NO contact information)

I contacted the company via the email address provided and received a reply with a different tracking number and a link to UPS. Again, this tracking number was not valid.

I contacted the company a third time and again received a tracking number that was not valid and was for FEDEx.By now it is 12/22. A package with Ugg Boots arrived via FedEx on 12/23.
