Lousy cleaning job, even worse customer service

I am a hard working professional and willing to pay the money to have someone clean my home. Merry Maids has been around a long time and I thought they were reputable. I was wrong. The sales person made it sound like they would do a thorough and professional cleaning job. Truth is they barely cleaned anything. They moved things around and folded towels to look like they had been there and sprayed some air freshener. They simply didn't clean things. They left dust everywhere, used the wrong cleaning products, left smudges on counters and appliances and left dirt on the carpet that wasn't there before they arrived. The only thing they were good at was cashing my checks. When I called customer service to correct the problems all I got was a bad attitude. They acted like they were doing me a favor, instead of me paying for them to provide a service. If I had the time, I would sue them to get back the money that I paid. They aren't a cleaning company, just a huge scam.
