Smartreceptionist.com SMALL BUSINESS UNFRIENDLY..."You did read our Terms and Conditions"?

Intelesure.com and its company smartreceptionist.com are not upfront in their business practices. This company not only continued to bill me after my contract was over. It signed me up for another three month contract. There was verification. My account manager hid behind the "You did read the Terms and Conditions didn't you. I had more than six months of discussions about their service. My correspondence included some 41 emails. Never was I reminded of this practice until I called to cancel. Buyer beware with intelesure.com and smartreceptionist.com these companies are no good for a home, small, medium or entrepreneurial business that expects fair, upfront and honest business. Shame on me for not being more of a stickler over the contract along with all the other thousands of "standard" contracts out there. Bigger shame on them for playing that trick on anyone!!! Do not do business with intelesure.com or smartreceptionist.com unless you know that contract inside and out. Once they have your money and deposit you are out of luck if anything should go wrong. These are BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES on the parts of INTELESURE.com and SMARTRECEPTIONIST.com pass on the warning to your business partners. I do not recommend intelesure.com or smartreceptionist.com. I will not do business with intelesure.com or smartreceptionist.com
