I have been unlucky enough to be "trapped" in an "autorenew" contract. Bottom Line:

We are adults.

If we are signing our names on a contract

It is our responsibility to read the contract

If we can't read it - it is our responsibility to ask questions

Adults who sign contracts without reading the terms and conditions have no business threatening law suits. You signed the contract - its a legally binding contract - if you are mad - then blame yourself...

The auto renew is outlined in the contract - it is not a trick - it is not illegal-

Read your contract and stop crying. You did it to youself now take responsibility
