Responded to flyer sent by Harold Carter, of High Concepts. Sent in $39.95 early Jan. check has been cashed, but to date I have received nothing. Due to all the complaints I have just read, it seems this is a total scam. I am requesting that H.C. Refund the money, and now. Imc
