NEPS ripoff Mail Fraud, Mail Order Rip Off

3 years ago I received a flyer in the mail about a money making opportunity and it sounded good and it was guaranteed. I sent in a check for $39.95 and then waited for 6 weeks before I wrote a letter to find out if they had sent the package or what, I got no response. I then sent another letter demanding my money back. Again no response. My check had been cashed, I couldn't get my money back.

Then yesterday, I got another flyer from the same guy but this flyer was for a different kind of money making opportunity that involved several international governments and this was also guaranteed. No where on the flyer is there a webite or e-mail address. That's probably why there are no other reports on this guy. The flyer is very professional looking and very convincing.
This guy has to be put away in prison. Lord knows how many people he's ripped off.

I would appreciate any advice on how to get this guy put away.
