He didnt want to connect the cable because he was tired

When the Technitian came to install my cable when he first came in i had told him to install both service and he didnt want to i told him to come from 11 am - 5 pm and he came at 6:30 pm after he was here he had checked in the roof and said he wasnt going to install it because it was to hard and he had said he was tired when my son asked him and he couldnt do it and before he left he had said to call and cancel and to call another technitian so i cancelled and i really didnt understand him because he was Italian so his english didnt sound that well and thats the same he told me and im not italian he really didnt wanna do his work he was with an attitude he went to call somebody and started talking on the phone in his language which i didnt understand, if you can please contact me because i really dont know what to do now and my kids need cable. Thank you
