Install from hell

I Had a instllation about three weeks ago the contractor that came out spend 24 mintues in my home for a full install
then left before the intall was complete I call to report that the tech left before the cable was working. The same tech they sent came back to reunion the rest of my day with this so call install, my house has wires hanging from every corner it looks like my kids was trying to hang christmas lighs with cable wire thrown across my house from one end to another, to top it off he did not ground the wire we found out after another tech showed up a day later who also could not complete the job because he did not have enough time so he had to leave with my house looking likesomone tiped my house with cable wire... Call left message recieved promises that someone would do something, I was told a Supervisor would call me still waiting on the call no retun call nothing three weeks in and still waitin for so kind of answers and someone to fix the problem my video and pictures explains it all. I did recieve my bill the next week after paid for the first month and install. Thanks TWC
