Rollies International Pipes & Papers (R.I.P.P.). Have not shipped my orde

December 10, I ordered a pipe from Medivap. The total was only 25.00. I ordered them for a christmas gift. As of today March 3 I have not recieved my order. According to their order status, it has not been shipped. I called the company and talked to the man and he did not know why it had not been shipped. I told him that I was going to give them one week to contact me or ship the product or I was going to initiate a complaint. No contact so here is the complaint. They should be shut down as a ripoff.
