No Status On Merchandise

Merchandise I ordered was not shipped when posted and I had to call three times (I was on the phone a total of 65 minutes) to find out status. The order was placed December 26th and was told item would be shipped December 28th. Order has still not been shipped because "they couldn't find a box for it to fit in" The only contact with this company has been initiated by me and today is the 29th and still no status on my order. Maybe it will go out today or tomorrow?
