Godiva Chocolatier
Shipped order after it was canceled. Stonewalled all attempts to contact.intentional Rip Off

Christmas chocolates were ordered from Godiva on December 3.in plenty of time for Christmas delivery. I was promised that my order would be delivered the week before Christmas. On December 21 the main portion of my order had not shipped. I canceled my total order with the promise to return anything that had already shipped.

On December 22 Godiva shipped the second part of my original order dispite the cancelation notice. It did not arrive until December 27. Too late for a gift which was the only intent of this order.

My E-mails (4) were not answered and telephone calls were not returned.

This company hides there address and makes contacting them (getting an answer) impossible. Total lack of Customer Support.
