Blue diamond mini storage hidden fees so that you do not get any money back after they charge you too much in the first place

I rented a UHaul truck from Blue Diamond Mini Storage on February 27. I moved literally less than a mile and was told they have to charge me for 50 miles in advance and that I would be refunded the difference when I returned the truck. When I called the following Tuesday to see when I would be refunded, they indicated I owed $25.00 for a "cleaning fee". When I asked "to clean what!" They stated the truck was dirty. They told me they had pictures. I went up there to look at this so called dirty truck. They took a picture of something so small you can't even tell what it is in the picture. The lady at the counter said it was a small amount of dirt. Can you believe that. I wish I could post the picture here. You would laugh. The customer service was horrible, they kept saying "you signed a contract that you would bring the truck back in the same condition". When the lady pulled out the picture, they had to circle where this so called dirt was it was so small. Never go to this location, they are horrible.
