Canceled a subscription failed to receive $79.95 refund

In Sept. 2009 I received a notice of renewal or new order for a 1 yr. Subscription for $79.95. I sent a check by bill pay from Bank of America.

About a week later I received a renewal notice from ABC Soaps in Depth for $39.95 for another year, which I have been a member for a number of years.

After I received the $39.95, I called and canceled the $79.95 order, it was canceled.

I have made several calls requesting my refund, they stated they do not have a check. I called my bank and they sent me a copy of the check which was deposited Oct. 6 to a Wachovia Bank in Orlando, FL
