I purchased the Riddex unit and received it in about one week. However, one of the units was damaged. I was informed that when I sent the defective unit back I would receive a new unit within a few days. It was confirmed that my damaged unit was received on May 10. I still have not received my new unit. Plus, the unit that is still active in my residence doesn't seem to be working.

I even killed a bug two feet from the unit itself. I have called the customer service division numerous times and have been given a different explanation every time as to why I haven't received my new unit. Each time that I called a representative and / or supervisor told me that a new unit would be sent out immediately. No such luck.

It is now July 21. The "supervisor" that I spoke with today now informed me that, according to his records, they never received my damaged unit. I went ballistic!!! I asked for a refund and I was told that I had exceeded the 30 day money back guarantee. I then asked for the corporate office number and I never got through to anyone there.

I finally was directed through the Dynamic Response Group, Inc. To contact a Mr. Gilbert Valdez at 972-407-2931. Mr. Valdez is an account executive. He was extremely polite, professional, and apologetic. He listened to my problem and complaint and asked me what I wanted to do. I told him that I wanted a full refund and he informed me that the full amount would be credited towards my credit card within two days. So if anyone is having a similiar problem with RIDDEX, give Mr. Valdez a call.
