Charged me 550 dollars and didn't fix a thing

Do not call this company to fix your Air conditioner, Thier only motive for coming to my house is not to fix my current AC, but to sell me an 8-thousand dollar unit.

I called them out to fix my AC and the guy they sent out complained how old my AC-unit (is) from the start and how I'm due for a newer unit because this is on it's last leg etc., So after the repairman couldn't fix the Ac within an hour or so he said he needed to order a part, which will take about (4) working days, So the repairman left the outside unit's cover off exposed to everything, & left the electrical cutoff fuse laying out and the electrical cutoff box open and this is for (4) days until his return, while me and my family live in our house without AC during this time.

So I needed more time off from work to be at my house when he came back to install the ordered part, after putting that part in and another hour or more he claimed he fixed it - charged me 450.00 dollars and off he went, soon after he left I decided to check for myself how the unit was cooling and guess what, it wasn't, in fact the compressor unit behind the house wasn't even running, this isn't fixed! So we called again and had them come out a third time, he fumbled around with it complaining how old the unit was (on and on) he eventually gets the compressor unit to work but that cost me an additional 99$, and after all that the AC still doesn't cool, it's useless, their repairman did some shady stuff on my AC and now it's so damaged that I'm afraid I'll need a new unit as of now because of their so-called repair work. There is no repair they only want to replace the unit with a new one.

Do not call this company to fix your Air conditioner they just want to sell you a new one and not fix your current one. However he did state that "we can apply what I've already spent towards a new unit", You know I just want you to fix the one I have nothing more -nothing less.
