Suggs Entertainment, JD Suggs. Housecleaning service provided for three weeks, He owes $1500, sent investigator to take my statement for his child custody case, promised to pay but now he is not responding to calls or letters. I trust

JD alias John promised to pay me for my housecleaning services I provided just before christmas of 2008 and two weeks into january. He called me asking to give statement to investigator in his child custody battle. I agreed. I told all the truth of what I saw while I was cleaning their house during that time. He always paid me every week but for some domestic disputes with his girl friend he did not pay me for three weeks.
The second time an investigator actually called to come and take my recorded verbal statement to be used in court. I agreed because JD promised he would pay me but after the case, he doesnt answer my letters, phone calls or even make an attempt to pay me. I wrote and gave him alternatives to pay me in installments yet he never made any efforts to do so. He owes me more than $1500. I contacted the investigator but he also hasnt got paid for his services. He is also trying to contact JD but nobody answers the phone and calls go to his voicemail.
I have a last resort to take him to court to get my money. I trusted him, believed in him and his promised word that he was going to pay me and allowed the investigator into my house to give my statement. I could have refused to do so but because I trusted JD and in his words I did so.
I cannot believe that he drives luxurious cars, lives in a mansion like home, has an executive office loads of cash (as shown on his myspace pics) and yet cant pay us for his services. We did hard work and we deserve to be paid for it.
