Rip-off! Rick Suggs lied and took my money after not completing job

Rick Suggs lied for three weeks about coming to my job site after taking 1/3 of the cost of construction for plumbing. He lied almost daily about going to the job site. Didn't even have the professional courtesy to return my call or return my house plans let alone give the money back. He asked me to jump through hoops for him (which I did) to supply material and he still didn't do any work. He is a complete fruad.
