First I was discriminated in the place where I worked and later by the EEOC department designed to protect the protected classes; it's a shame how this department is acting in a discriminatory way since my case was never investigated since and dismissed for the second time without any investigation for over two (2) years, not 180 days like they said. Even after I had proof the first time with documents and got them to re-open my case they assigned a new investigator in October.in December of the investigator assigned to take my case don't even know where my files were. After my call, three weeks later the investigator found my file and told me not to call and wait until she contacted me if they needed more information. On May since I didn't received any calls, I had to call, and to my big surprised: NOBODY HAD MY FILES OF THE COMPLAINT FROM 2007 and the last investigator didn't even take my case. Later on after many calls finally another investigator was assigned in July. I had all the documents to prove what I was saying was true. The EEOC of Phoenix, Arizona investigator tried to induce me twice into closing my case without any investigation and I refused. I don't know if this letter will be read by somebody or trashed but I am one of the people who believes in the justice of our country. I feel that I'm not being protected by the only people who I thought could protect me. You can contact me anytime. P.D. I don't Know if the Big Corporations Support The EEOC reason why they always dismiss cases WITHOUT INVESTIGATIONS
