2009 HHR That Had a Windshield Resealed Before I Brought

I purchased this automobile in May. I was not made aware if windshield had been resealed before I had purchased the car. As time go on I found out that the car has a leak on the right passenger side. This vehicle has had 3 windshields placed in the car and I have been inconvenieced and taking through so much with this car. I hired a lawyer but GM states that since it doesn't leak any more that it's fixed. But, it isn't fixed. Because, now air is coming through the windshield. I am so tired of the run around that I am about to lose it. So, GM has offered me $2250.00 for my pain and suffering. It's not about the money. It's about the quailty of the car. I traded in a car because of trouble and look what I have more trouble. If I would not have requested the carfax I would not have known How crooked your dealership is. Why do people treat poor people this way? This why some people credit is messed up because people like this. I would love to get some honest help or get my car fix. The attorney that I have I really don't trust them.
