They messed up my truck bu doing a crappy job and won't fufill there so call lifetime warranty

My truck (chevy tahoe) had a crack on the front windshield caused by rock will driving and this crack had expanded due to changes in temperature. Still there was no leak what so ever.

This company had sellers aproaching people like me at gas station and offering to fix the windshield. They came to my home and switched the windshield (although they made me wait all day since they were very late to their set appointment).

After they replaced the windshield, the first time we were out and was raining a huge leak came from the top of the windshield. We called and they replaced it. The next time it rained the leak was back worst than ever. Now when they came they said the car has rust and that we have to waived our warranty since they are not replacing it any more, when we refused to sign that they left and did not fix the problem.

I have call 3 times and I called my insurance and my insurance called them. They have made me wait for 2 days and never came. They refuse to back there so call lifetime warranty.

My car NEVER had a leak. Now the leak is SOOO bad that when you drive the noise from the gap is way load and Horrible not to mention the amount of water that comes down when it rains.
