This company filled an oprder of about 500 pieces for us a couple of years back.
Warning! If a company in this age is not able to transact a credit/debit card, read the signs! Do NOT pay in advance or leave no recourse to protest charges!
We ordered t-shirts and sweats, the quality was poor, but that was not the chief complaint, we had specified NO SMALLS only TEN mediums and the balance in large and extra large sizes.
When we got the order, nearly HALF the order was in small sizes, the slime ball filled our order with stock we could never sell in the next ten years.
Numerous e-mails and phone calls were met with standard MO for this bunch, first were the promises to rectify, secondly incredulation and denials that the order was skewered, then brash and profane abuse and threats from the company owner.
I wonder, since the order was placed from out of state, can we sue in our jurisdiction??? HMMMM I will check into that, and post back.
