Bad Customer Experience

Our cups came having a stripped mess in the body that retains the contact in. I named them, they believed to deliver them back. I did so, having a notice closed describing my purchase quantity, tackle etc.

Months passed and numerous emails. I named, they stated they'd no report of my phone. They stated they do not have my spectacles and certainly will I supply confirmation of shipping. I called again and talked to another person who stated they really donot keep something they obtain back and contribute everything away.
