I bought glasses from EyeBuyDirect in January. At the start of March, the cups smashed. The remaining arm just dropped down. I attempted to get hold of the organization via phone and many emails, an overall total of 7x. No body actually replied. When the telephone does not ring hectic, it simply rings and bands. They'venot answered to my emails both. I had been prepared to use them-and take a fix package, but at this time, I'd prefer to deliver the spectacles back and obtain a return! Another online businesses are wonderful. Zenni and 39dollarglasses have exemplary customer support and online chat support!
