Free Drug, deceitful, misleading consumers to join

BEware, this company will rip you off. I specifically called and asked them if a certain medication was covered under their free or reduced plan. They told me it was. Therefore, I gave them $10.00 non refundable fee to process my medication. A few weeks later I received a letter stating that the medication I sent the $10.00 processing fee for was not covered. I was irate because I spoke to a representative who told me it was. When I called customer service they were all over the place with excuses. The told me at the time I called the prescription was probably covered but there list constantly rotates and now it is not covered. I told them it sounds like a scam to me and that I wanted my money back. They would not do that instead they told me to use the discounted RX card to get my rx at a smaller rate.

Well the original rate was 71.00 which I new and I also new that with a discount card from the country the med was 51.00. I told her I knew all that and told the representative prior to paying my 10.00 dollars if it would be cheaper through them, they said yes. So the bottle line is watch out they take your 10.00 for each prescription you need and put it in there pockets. When I requested to speak to someone higher in the company they could not give me that information. I asked for an address etc and no one could give me that either. I asked if this was a private ran company and she said yes. I also asked for other resolution assistance and no one could help. Beware do not use this compnay to get low cost rx. Go through a ligite company that gives your money back if they can not guraeentinee a lower price. These people are stealing from the poor poeople and dont even care.
