Charges credit cards and NEVER sends the product

I placed an order with this company 11/24/09 for a sweat shirt. My card was charged 11/27/09. The site states that items will be processed and sent in 7-14 business days. On 12/16/09 I contacted the company and was in formed that "they were very backed up and they were trying to get out as many orders as possible", I contacted this company again 1/8/10 and told them I no longer wanted this product and they could credit my card for the total amount of my order since the order had not been sent. To date, I have made 6 calls to the company. None of these are answered. They all go to a voice mail box that is always full. No e mails are answered either. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and there complains and paper work were not answered either. Since all of this, I have found that I am not the only one with this complaint against this sorry company. Apparently 95 other complaints have been filed against them also, with the BBB. Do NOT spend money with this company!!!
