Miscellaneous

I ordered the free intro product with a shipping cost of $4.95. While my credit card was charged the day I ordered the intro offer, I did not receive the product until several days later. Although I did not receive the product on the day my card was charged, the company charged my credit card for $89.87 exactly 14 days from the date my card was charged. I had not received the product until several days afterward. I contacted the company at the phone number listed on my credit card and spoke with someone there who told me that there was an enrollment fee plus the first month's supply of PureBerry Max which constituted the total $89.87. I told him that I was not satisfied with the product, which was the intro offer, and wanted to cancel any billings made to my card. He told me he could not refund the amount because I did not cancel my order within the 14-day prescribed deadline to cancel. I told him that I didnt' realize it was 14 days from the date my card was charged and that I was not going to pay this amount. However, my card is still charged for the $89.87 and I don't know what else to do about it. Although I have contacted my credit card company about this, the credit card company told me the process they require in order to look into the matter and that is what I am doing.
