Sonny's package I was pumping gas and the pump did not shut off automatically. There was a big gas spill and the owner made me pay for the gas

I was recently at this store to get gas. While my gas was pumping, I used the rest room. I came out to find a huge puddle of gas by my car. The automatic pump shut off didn't work and I ended up spilling a bunch of gas on the ground. The owner demanded that I pay for the spilled gas and denied any fault in the matter. Even though the spill was caused by his faulty equipment. When I complained to him, I was told that I was being banned from the store. He was very rude and proceeded to call me vulgar names. I have also noticed that he is selling 20oz. Mountain Dews for the same price as 2 litres. Plus he was trying to sell 8 dollar bags of ice melt for almost 20 dollars a bag.
