After months of investigating I decided to go with the DIRECWAY two way satellite service. I understood they had problems but being a businessman my self I understand that this happens to all of us. It is how you take care of these problems that counts.

I ordered my system at the end of October. I was told by George that I would be contacted by their certified installer within a week to ten days. I said that was fine and awaited to hear from them. After a couple of weeks I called to see why I hadn't heard anything. Dino told me he was sorry, that the account was entered wrong and I would hear from an installer within 24 hours.

On November 12 I received an email saying my order was in place and if I had not heard from the installer in 5 business days to call the installer and set up my appointment. After a week passed I called the installer's number they had furnished me. All I got was an answering machine. It told me to leave my name and number along with the order number and they would get right back with me. I tried this at least 5 times, never once did I get a response.

After a week of this I called Direcway again, as well as sending several emails to their so called tech support people. They told me this time that I had 3 units on order and that was the problem. I only ordered one unit, besides, why would it matter if I had three ordered? The tech support people were no help what so ever. They made up stories as they went. Everytime was a different reason why I had no system or time set up. The tech finally gave me a number to call and told me to cancell the two orders that were not correct. How am I suppose to know which one two to cancel? I tried it anyway. The lady I got ahold of, Janerra, told me she could not cancel the order's and had no idea on why I was told to call her.

After another week I called Direcway again.By now it is the end of November, 6 weeks after I ordered the system. I got Dino again. He again apologized, said I would get a month free service. I explained that was nice but it would help if I had a service to start with. He again told me I would be called within 24 hours. Another week passed, still nothing.

I decided it was time to speak or email someone in management. Not being able to find any email addresses other than the tech people I tried calling. I was told no managers were available, and that if I left my number somone would call me back. After a week of this and no call backs I was ready to give up.

I finally decided to cancel all orders. When I called to cancel they immediately put me in touch with a manager. It seems starnge to me that he was so readily available this time and had been so elusive in the past. I told him my story along with dates and times. He was very rude and acted like he could care less if I cancelled or not. He also had no explanantion on why I had been repeatably lied to. His name was Victor. He had no regard for my business needs and showed no concern what so ever.

I finally got all orders cancelled and am glad I did not get service from these dead beats. If I had the srvice what kind of support could I have expected? The same people who had been lying to me for 7 week would be my support help? That is not the kind of service I or anyone else needs.

BEWARE people, they don't give a damn about us. I would recomend to anybody to stay away. Believe these reports here and elsewhere on the net. This service is a good idea, but these are not the people to get it from.
