Worst support - stay away from magicjack

MagicJack is great when it works. When it doesn't wor, you have to work with their "support" engineers. Unforunately, many people i know who tried MagicJack had to deal with their support engineers, who are probably the worst of the worst. One time experience is enough to drive you crazy. They would only tell you their step 1,2, 3 script regardless the issue. Worst yet, if they can't resovle your issue, they disconnect the chat. Since you are in a chat session, there is nothing you can do about it! Oh, BTW, chat is the only form they support.

Buying MagicJack is a HUGE mistake. I don't understand any company in their right mind wants to do this kind of support. This is definitely a suicide...

I don't think they care though. They get enough money from users who try them since it's cheap...
