Don't Buy MagicJack - magic jack phone service

We have had so much trouble with our magicJack and the company has been entirely unresponsive and will not help. We have spent hours online with their tech support team, which is the only way to contact them, and nothing has been fixed. Our problems are poor sound quality, terrible interference at times, making it impossible to complete the call. But the worst is that if a cell phone calls our magicJack, the call is ALWAYS cut off after exactly 32 seconds. We wish we hadn't bought it or extended the contract - no knowing how badly it was going to work. We tell everyone we know to stay away from this product.
