I've purchased this warranty for a lot of money when I purchased my used car from a dealership due to its marketing pitch that they are fast and reliable.

I was out-of-town one weekend and my car broke down twice. I immediately brought it to the nearest qualified car shop and found out that the alternator needs to be replaced. I had the car shop contact the toll-free number. There was no representative available to answer so the car shop decided to initiate a claim on-line and filled out the claim for detail by detail. We waited for 6 hours and there was no response. It doesn't even tell you a timeframe of when to expect a response. I had to drive back home that day so I then decided to have the alternator replaced in good faith that WASEASY.com will communicate with us the next business day. I've called the company but they won't talk to the consumer... Only car shop representatives. 2 days after they responded to the car shop and asked for more details; the shop responded immiediately. 3 days after they responded with a notice that an inspector will be calling to schedule an inspection. Since the alternator has been replaced already, they denied the claim.

What do you do in that situation? You are stuck somewhere and WASEASY.com expect you to wait for the inspector's call to schedule after three days??? I've talked to car shops that has been in the business for a long time and they are all surprised on WASEASY.com's lack of urgency procedure and unreliability. Other warranty companies are fast and reliable.

Be aware of this company. They just collect your money and not help you when needed. A total rip off!
