Bought anapod software - paid by PayPal - took the money - NO INFORMATION for full copy received. Tried to email support - mail returned!

After ordering and paying by Visa Debit for Anapod Explorer $24.95, Ireceived no password within the four hours indicated. I tried their advertised 'Support Line' which does not work.
Rather too late I searched the Internet for any problems with this company.
They took my money and confirmed doing so very quickly, I have their receipt. Seeme that the company his floated off into cyber-space!!!
Would still ike to get the full version that I paid for!!!
