TOTAL RIPOFF— Anapod software did not install, muliple emails, no answer! Paid with PaylPal who said take it up with Red Chair Software.internet

I purchased the Anapod premium software for $30.00 for my iPod. I could not get passed the initial activation. I contacted the manufacturer (RedChairSoftware.com) and finally got back an email 2 week later asking" What version is your operating system?" The next emails were just as vague not addressing the issue at hand at all. Finally, three weeks later, I got an email stating that I should download the latest copy of Anapod, which will address any issues that was caused by Apple making changes to their software.

They state that they have not control over changes that Apples makes, as they are not informed about this. Fair enough. I did as suggested and downloaded the latest version of Anapod. Again, same results. I could not get passed the necessary activation step. Again, I write to redchairsoftware, asking for help. At this point, I stopped receiving any correspondence. I contacted PayPal to refund my money. They indicated that I have to take up this issue directly with the merchant. I did this. I asked for my money back on 5 occasions but received no response. At this point, it's like writing a letter in the void. No response. This is unethical and should be illegal. I certainly hope no one else makes this mistake with RedChairSoftware.com.
