I just bought an Apple IPod Classic 120gb. ANapod explorer which I had purchase before from REdchair software, did work with my previous IPod Nano.
I wanted to validate my new one and was directed to purchase a universal edition to my Ipod 120gb Classic. I did purchase to update for $7.50 but still did not work. I was directed to do all sorts of Token insertions or manual validation to no avail.
I wrote to the company and do not get any reply. I have paid with Amex and therefore have no recourse.
These people are impossible to contact and never respond. IS it a scam? There is no address of their company or phone support. It is a dud and a rip off.
Be glad if you could get somewhere with them?
