This is a Customer Non-Service Company

Do not believe the salespeople at Go Vacuum. They tell you it is in stock and will ship out quickly. It never does. They charged my credit card and never shipped the Vapor Clean Unilux 3000 I ordered.

They do not have a customer service department. Calls and Emails end up going to the salespeople who don't care. I asked to speak with a manager and they put another salesperson on the line.

This is the worst shopping experience I have encountered online.
