Fry's Customer Service is awful. Online and in the Indy Store in Fishers, IN. - dyson vacuum cleaner

I have never had such rotten service in my life! Both the online reps failed miserably and so did the store managers at the Fishers store in Indiana.
The online department could not figure out how to allow me to use a gift card and a debit card at the same time. Really??!! How in the world was I to pay for the balance of my purchase without giving them a card info?
Then I went into the store itself (by suggestion of the online reps) and the store screwed me over too. Told me that they didn't have the vacuum cleaner that I wanted in stock but they would either get it from another store or order it. I was told by the appliance supervisor that I should call him if I didn't hear from him by the next week. I called there and never could get him on the phone. The other salesman said that he would look into it for me to no avail.
Now it is over a month later and I still do not have a vacuum cleaner. (I've been using my ShopVac for all of this time!)

There is NO way that I would still be trying to get the vacuum from them but I want to unload this $150 that I have to spend at their store and then NEVER go back there again. Beware of this store! They suck!
