The SINGER LAZER STORM, This is the WORST shopping experience of my life! I ordered the vacuum on July 4. I ordered (1) one vacuum and received (3) three. I was charged for 3, plus 3 warranties.

After several attempts to contact customer service, I finally spoke with an individual who could hardly speak English. She instructed me to return the 2 extra vacuums and my account would be credited for the vacuums and warranties, a total of $180.00.

The vacuums were returned by Federal Express on 8/18. I have not received a credit on my visa. My next step is to contact the TV station to inform them of this HORRIFIC SHOPPING EXPERIENCE and let them know that I will never purchase from their TV channel again!

I only hope that my credit card company can resolve this problem for me. The vacuum is OK for a small kitchen; truthfully it is a waste of money! I recently purchased a (competitor's name deleted - see below) and it is wonderful! It is definitely worth the money!
