He is a lier and rip off

I was looking for parts for my four wheeler and couldn't find any cause it was made in china then out of no where this guy says he has everything i need i payed him a couple hundred dollars in october and he sent the wrong part and i contacted him asking him to return the part and get my money back and he assured me he had the right part so i sent it back and its now febuary and i still dont have anything from him and he still has all my money and wont pick up the phone or respond to any of my emails
