Ships wrong parts, collects extra shipping and handling fees

Shipped one wrong part, then two right parts when I complained; billed me three times - wanted me to pay all shipping/handling/re-stocking fees. Out of three-hundred dollars I spent getting this part, which is a one-hundred dollar part, and they only will give me back one-hundred-and-forty dollars. Except now they won't even answer my e-mails anymore.
